Google

Super cool! I have explored Google before, but I have never really had the time to dig deep. Today I got a good taste of some more really cool things that Google can do. I particularly like the calendar, google alerts, google earth, and igoogle. I naturally use the computer everyday, but I have not ever thought about using it for my personal calendar. I really like how it is always available. Now I will say that it would be much more useful to me if I actually had an iphone, but none the less I do find this very useful. I really enjoyed playing around with google alerts. I like the fact that I can be informed of things and events that are happening in and around me. I look forward to finding more sites to subscribe to that will be useful for me. Google earth is very interesting but a little scary too. To know that people can literally see what is happening in my own back yard is somewhat frightening, but on the other hand it's really neat to be able to see an exact location most anywhere.
